[Next up’s 00:05] are that you need to look into hiring a lawyer. Usually, in most criminal cases, if it’s a misdemeanor or a criminal traffic offense, you’re going to have an arraignment date that’s set even at the time that you’re bonding out of jail. If it’s a felony charge, you may not have an arraignment date set. You may not even be able to bond out. That’s part of the reason you need to get with a lawyer and do it pretty quickly. But, when it comes to the arraignment date and the misdemeanor case or a criminal traffic case, you want to have a lawyer start looking into it and working on your case before that date arrives. So, I would always advise that you call a lawyer first.
