In Florida, you should expect that, if you’re sentenced to a term of probation, you very well may be having to complete the entire term before you can be off of probation. However, you should speak with a lawyer to determine if you qualify perhaps for early termination of your probation, what might be necessary to achieve that, and then what, if anything, you might need to do to facilitate that process.
