If you take your girlfriend or yourself, specifically your girlfriend, however, without giving her consent, we may not be able to use that because it may violate the laws governing illegal recordings and wiretappings of telephone conversations. If your girlfriend is harassing you, however, she may not have an expectation of privacy if it qualifies under the grounds of rising to a crime or with regard to constituting conduct that would allow you to get a injunction or seek an injunction for protection based on stalking or any other sort of violent offense.
